CheapStreetSigns.com is a brand of PiazzaNet LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “CheapStreetSigns”). These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through CheapStreetSigns.com. By placing an order through this website, submitting an order directly to us, or selecting the checkbox indicating acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They include limitations on warranties and liability that affect your rights.
1. Eligibility, Orders and Order Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or website errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order and account information.
Purchase orders, procurement documents, bid specifications, supplier agreements, or other customer-generated terms do not modify these Terms & Conditions and are not binding on us unless expressly accepted by us in writing. This includes flow-down provisions contained in federal, state, or local procurement documents.
2. Product Information and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent the products offered on CheapStreetSigns.com. Product photographs, illustrations, colors, dimensions, specifications, and other information are provided to help customers select products but may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances or variations.
Colors displayed on a computer or mobile device may vary from the actual product.
Product specifications, materials, availability, and designs may change when necessary, provided that any substituted product is substantially equivalent to the product ordered. We will contact you before making a material substitution that significantly changes the product you purchased.
3. Traffic Sign Selection and Regulatory Compliance
CheapStreetSigns.com provides traffic signs, street signs, parking signs, warning signs, safety signs, posts, hardware, and related products for a wide variety of applications.
Requirements may vary depending upon location, roadway classification, jurisdiction, worksite conditions, intended use, and other circumstances. Unless expressly agreed to in writing, we do not determine which sign, legend, size, material, reflectivity level, mounting method, or placement is appropriate for a particular application.
The purchaser is responsible for identifying the conditions and requirements applicable to the intended use of a product and for selecting products appropriate for those requirements.
The purchaser is also responsible for determining and complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, codes, specifications, project requirements, and safety standards, including, where applicable, requirements established by the Federal Highway Administration, the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), OSHA, ANSI, state and local transportation agencies, and other authorities having jurisdiction.
Product descriptions, specifications, illustrations, regulatory references, educational materials, and other information appearing on CheapStreetSigns.com are provided for general informational and product-selection purposes. They do not constitute engineering, legal, regulatory, traffic-control, workplace-safety, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a determination that a particular product is legally compliant or suitable for a specific application.
The purchaser is responsible for the installation, placement, mounting, maintenance, inspection, and use of products purchased from CheapStreetSigns.com.
4. Custom Signs, Legends and Customer-Supplied Information
Customers ordering custom signs or products are responsible for reviewing all text, spelling, punctuation, numbers, dimensions, colors, specifications, artwork, logos, and other information submitted with the order.
When a proof is provided, approval of that proof authorizes production. We are not responsible for errors appearing in an approved proof unless the finished product differs materially from the approved proof.
Once production of a custom product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
By supplying artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, or other content, the customer represents that they have the right and authority to reproduce that material and authorizes us to use it solely as necessary to fulfill the order.
We may decline to manufacture content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed whenever reasonably possible.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct typographical, technical, calculation, or pricing errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding or cancel and refund the affected item.
Payment must be authorized before an order is released for production or shipment unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing. If a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be collected, we may hold, cancel, or suspend the affected order.
Tax-exempt purchases. Sales tax is charged where required by law. Customers claiming exemption — including government agencies, municipalities, school districts, and resellers — should provide a valid exemption or resale certificate before the order is processed. Requests received after a transaction has been completed may require additional documentation and will be handled as permitted by applicable tax law.
Payment processing. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored by us. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
Our current shipping methods, service areas, expedited shipping options, and general shipping information are described on our Shipping Information page, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed delivery date. Expedited shipping services shorten transit time only and do not shorten production or fabrication time.
Risk of loss. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products are sold FOB shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Section 7 describes how we assist with carrier damage and loss claims.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, inaccessible delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and any information necessary for delivery, including receiving hours, gate codes, job-site instructions, or other access requirements. Carrier fees for address corrections, reroutes, redelivery, storage, or packages refused or returned as undeliverable may be charged to the customer.
Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments.
7. Shipping Damage, Loss and Shortages
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing items, or shortages must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. Damage that is not apparent until the package is opened should be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Please retain the product, shipping carton, packing materials, labels, and other packaging until the claim is resolved, and provide photographs when requested.
Prompt notification is important because carriers impose documentation and claim deadlines.
We will assist customers with legitimate carrier damage or loss claims and determine the appropriate resolution based upon the circumstances of the shipment, available documentation, carrier claim requirements, and applicable law.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to obtain recovery from the carrier but does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Products may not be returned without a Return Authorization number issued by us in advance. Returns received without authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Stock products that are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition may be eligible for return subject to our Return Policy.
Custom signs, custom legends, specially manufactured products, modified products, and products produced to customer specifications are not returnable unless the product is defective, was manufactured incorrectly, or differs materially from the customer’s approved order or proof.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by us or a qualifying product defect.
Orders that have entered production or already shipped will not be cancellable.
9. Product Warranty
Any express written warranty offered by us for a particular product will be stated on the applicable product page, accompanying documentation, or separate written warranty made available to the purchaser.
Some products may also be covered by warranties provided by their manufacturers. Where applicable, we will reasonably assist customers in obtaining available manufacturer warranty service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions eliminates, restricts, or modifies any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Application and Regulatory Disclaimer
Except for any express written warranty provided under Section 9, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representation or warranty that a particular product is suitable for the purchaser’s specific application or that its selection, installation, placement, or use will satisfy the MUTCD, OSHA, ANSI, a project specification, local code, contractual requirement, or any other law, regulation, standard, specification, or requirement applicable to a particular location or use.
Product information and regulatory references provided by CheapStreetSigns.com are intended to assist customers in evaluating available products but do not replace the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the requirements applicable to their specific installation or application.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHEAPSTREETSIGNS.COM AND PIAZZANET LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, PROJECT DELAYS, LOSS OF USE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF A PRODUCT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CHEAPSTREETSIGNS.COM AND PIAZZANET LLC ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
12. Customer Use and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CheapStreetSigns.com, PiazzaNet LLC, and their respective officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:
- the customer’s improper selection, installation, placement, modification, maintenance, resale, or use of a product;
- the customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, specifications, project requirements, or safety standards;
- customer-supplied artwork, trademarks, logos, text, or other content that infringes the rights of another party; or
- use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
This provision does not require a customer to indemnify us for liability that results from our own negligence or other conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
13. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, material shortages, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, utility or internet outages, fires, emergencies, or similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and fulfill affected orders as circumstances permit.
14. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of CheapStreetSigns.com, including text, graphics, photographs, designs, product descriptions, page layouts, and other original website materials, is owned by or licensed to PiazzaNet LLC and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks, standards, specifications, agency names, and other referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Electronic Communications
By placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to process and service that transaction, including order confirmations, payment notifications, production updates, shipping notices, tracking information, and communications regarding problems with an order.
Transactional communications do not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications. If you separately opt in to marketing email or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in those messages. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
16. Privacy
Information provided through CheapStreetSigns.com is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors and is subject to their applicable security and privacy practices.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms & Conditions and transactions with CheapStreetSigns.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any claim or dispute arising from or relating to a product or transaction shall be brought in the state courts located in Indian River County, Florida, or the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Indian River County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable product description, order information, Shipping Information, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any written terms specifically agreed to by us, constitute the agreement governing the purchase.
If a conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and a separately negotiated written agreement signed or expressly accepted by us, the separately negotiated agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
The version in effect when an order is placed will govern that transaction.
