How Your Order Ships

Cheap Street Signs ships primarily by UPS Ground. Our products are sized to ship by UPS, so you won’t have to deal with motor freight charges, delivery appointments or liftgate fees.

In the rare case an order is too large or heavy to move by UPS, we’ll contact you with freight options and cost before anything ships. No surprises on your invoice.

Need it faster? UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available on request. Contact us when ordering and we’ll quote the additional shipping cost.

Larger orders may arrive in more than one box, and some items may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it goes out.

Shipping Time

Most in-stock products ordered by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time can ship the same business day. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock and will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Custom signs, custom legends, and out-of-stock items may require additional time. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us and we’ll confirm the expected ship date.

You’ll receive email updates as your order progresses, including tracking information once it ships. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order status.

Where We Ship

We ship throughout the continental United States. Because UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical street address.

Shipping to a job site, gated facility, or public works yard? Include any gate codes, receiving hours, or special delivery instructions in your order notes.

For Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Sign posts and hardware often travel in long boxes, and occasionally a package takes a hit in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If anything is bent, crushed, damaged, or missing, contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to get it resolved. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is complete.
